I clutter clear the surfaces of my home and clean up any mess, and put on fresh bed linens and table cloths. -In addition to all the things you suggest above. (I usually use my drum and a bell instead of clapping). I always go over with sage and then bless and ask for a full energy clearing of my home. It's certainly stressful times, so this is needed! Thank you! ❤️

Well, we’ve had a massive energy shift in the past month. A giant tree fell on us during Helene, and destroyed part of our house( wonder what that says about our house!). We moved into an apartment, and it’s cute, but the front room

Is very dreary. I placed a bouquet of flowers and it instantly brightened it up. I also got some colorful pictures from home to put up on the wall. I also noticed that the windows are filthy. I’ll be washing them soon!

Oh my gosh Kathy I'm so sorry about your house. I'm not sure that says anything about your house....just a horrible situation.

I love that you thought to add flowers to the front room and noticed that it brightened it up. I bet the clean windows will feel good too!

Thinking of you and sending you oodles of love.

Love this Dorena, I do all these things and it is a game changer. Even just opening the window and letting the beautiful fall breeze come in. It’s so cleansing..

I LOVE that you already do all of these things. The fresh air does make such a big difference.

Thanks for these simple ideas Dorena. You nailed it with us feeling the alotness of the world right now! One thing I often do to shift my energy is to wear perfume. I can't wear it to work of course so I often wear it when I'm off. I've always been a lover of nice scent and find it can lift me up.

I love that! You've inspired me to dig my perfume out of the drawer. I haven't worn it in such a long time, and it really is uplifting.

With so many folks being sensitive to scent I don't want to overwhelm anyone so I try to keep it subtle so only I will notice the smell. I admit that when I smell perfume on others I enjoy it and part of me wishes it was still the 80's where scent reigned supreme (which is probably what got us into trouble with the sensitivities🤣)

It is such a balance between not overwhelming anyone else with a scent and also enjoying a particular scent. I just saw a travel hack for perfume. It's putting a small amount of vaseline in a little container and then spraying the vaseline with the perfume. You then just dab the vaseline on your wrist...and don't have to travel with a glass perfume bottle. I haven't tried it yet, but it sounded like an interesting idea!

That’s a good idea, I’m going to try it too.

Love these ideas. Another one I like to change the energy in the house is Washing the sheets (and if possible airing out the pillows and comforter).

Tealights and fresh flowers all the way! I sometimes fall away from flowers in winter but i should get back on it more routinely. I love flowers.

Side question: will today's live session be sent out to those who couldn't make it? I was too busy with work 😕

I take a walk and bring back some renewed energy. I have also burned incense or rosemary as an alternative to sage. Spritzing with essential oil water refreshes also.

Great tips. I'm doing all of these things today except the flowers - We live in the country, none to pick up here.

I like to smudge after cleaning with either palo santo or sage! :)

Me too! When my family isn't home...lol. My husband hates the smell of sage and palo santo. In an upcoming post I'll share my favorite salt burn method for shifting the energy quickly.
